Delivery Times

Ordering for a Specific Date or Event

When ordering for a special day, whether it's for a birthday, concert or holiday. Please ensure that you leave plenty of time for us to get the goods to you. We ask that you allow a full 5 working days for us to ship your order and then add on the maximum shipping time to your destination to give your order the best chance of reaching you in time - refer to grid further down this page for information on shipping times.

Delivery Pricing

All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order, and all of our delivery services are based on a tracked-to-your-door service. Heavier items such as framed art canvas prints will cost more than lighter items such as t shirt or mugs.

When Will Your Order Leave?

As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will typically take 2-4 business days for it to be dispatched from our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.

Shipping Methods

USA Delivery

This is a **signed-for service. Delivery in no more than 2-5 working days from date of dispatch. Scanned throughout delivery - track your parcel’s progress online.

UK Delivery

This is a **signed-for service. Delivery in no more than 2-4 working days from date of dispatch. Scanned throughout delivery - track your parcel’s progress online.

UK Express (Next Day) Delivery

Delivery will take 1-2 business days to arrive with you from date of dispatch - 1 day for all standard mainland addresses, and an extra day if you live off-shore or at a remote location.

Business days means Monday to Friday. For example, if your order is shipped on a Friday, it will arrive the following Monday.

This is a **signed for service - your parcel will be scanned throughout its journey and we will send you a link to track it.

European Union Delivery

A duty paid service is available for countries that are European Union Member States - you will not be charged duty or VAT at the door to receive your goods. This is a **signed-for service using your local service provider or a direct service.

Canada and ROW Delivery

Delivered using a **signed-for service.

Delivery Times

**Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package, otherwise collection from your postal office will be required.

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on which delivery service you have selected, your order will arrive as follows:

Non-Delivery

Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.

Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.

If orders have not been received within 14 days of expected arrival, please email customer support.

IMPORTANT: Please note some countries will incur additional import/customs duties unless we expressly state herein that delivery is Duty Paid, Print Clever is not responsible for any additional charges.

We are registered with the EU IOSS Import scheme. This means that if the total cost of your order is 150 Euros [135 GBP] or less, including shipping, there will be no Import Duty or Sale Tax to pay. We have collected this at the checkout and will remit it to the EU Tax Authorities.

If the total cost of your order is more than 150 Euros [135 GBP], including shipping, you are liable to pay the tax and the duty on delivery. You will see that neither tax nor duty have been charged at the checkout.

Delivery Refusal

Please note that we do not refund orders returned to our warehouse due to refusal to pay Sales Tax and Duty. If you believe that the carrier has not correctly contacted you to settle duties and taxes and that has resulted in a return to the warehouse, we will investigate and contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please be aware that it can take 4-6 weeks for orders to be repatriated back to the UK.

If you believe that the customs declaration is incorrect and has led to a charge that you believe you should not have paid, please send us copies of the customs paperwork, showing your full name and address, and product details and we will investigate this for you.

Canada and Rest of World Delivery

We have not charged Sales Tax and Import Duty on shipments to Canada and the Rest of the World. You are liable to pay the fees for the destination country. Please ensure that you fully understand and comply with Sales Tax and Import Duty laws for the destination country.

Delivery Refusal

Please note that we do not refund orders returned to our warehouse due to refusal to pay Sales Tax and Duty. Many such parcels will not be returned to our warehouse due to the prohibitive cost of repatriation to the UK, and the goods will be destroyed by the importing country. Print Clever will not be liable for losses of this kind.
